Website Purpose

Damascus Fire Raffle is the official fundraising website of the Damascus Fire Department. Through this website, visitors can browse current raffles, purchase raffle tickets, view live drawings, search for ticket numbers, review winners, and learn how their participation supports our volunteer fire department.

Eligibility

Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase and must otherwise be legally eligible to participate under applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Members of the Damascus Fire Department and their household members are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or win prizes.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and participation are lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located. Damascus Fire Department reserves the right to verify a participant's identity and eligibility before awarding any prize. Proof of identity, age, residency, or other eligibility information may be required before a prize is released.

Any person who does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements, provides false or inaccurate information, or is otherwise prohibited from participating by law may be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive a prize.

Additional eligibility requirements or restrictions applicable to a specific raffle will be stated on that raffle's individual listing and will form part of the rules for that raffle.

Damascus Fire Department reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may refuse, cancel, or void entries that do not comply with these Terms, the applicable raffle rules and conditions, or applicable laws.

Raffle Rules

Each raffle conducted through Damascus Fire Raffle is governed by these Terms & Conditions, our Ticket Pool & Drawing Information, and the specific information and conditions published on the individual raffle page at the time of purchase.

Each raffle page identifies the applicable prize, ticket price, maximum number of available tickets, eligibility restrictions, and any prize-specific terms or conditions.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and prize-specific terms clearly stated on an individual raffle page, the prize-specific terms will control for that raffle.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable raffle information before completing a purchase.

Ticket Purchases

All raffle ticket purchases are final.

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated on the applicable raffle listing:

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Purchased entries cannot be exchanged.
• Duplicate purchases are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Damascus Fire Department does not collect or store complete credit card or debit card information. All payment information is securely processed by PCI-compliant payment processors.

Valid Payment and Entry

A raffle entry is valid only after payment is successfully completed and the corresponding ticket number is issued. Placing a raffle in a shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee a ticket.

Entries associated with declined, failed, canceled, reversed, fraudulent, stolen, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid payments may be voided and will not be eligible to win.

If a payment or order is canceled due to an error by Damascus Fire Department or its payment processor, the Department will address the affected transaction as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

Account Registration

Certain features of our website may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Promptly update any changes to your information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Ticket Numbers

Ticket numbers are assigned automatically once your purchase is complete.

Participants cannot request or select specific ticket numbers unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable raffle listing.

Drawings

Each raffle remains open until all available tickets in the established ticket pool have been sold. Once a raffle sells out, ticket sales close and the drawing is scheduled.

Drawing information, including the date and time of the drawing, will be posted on our Live Drawing page and/or official Damascus Fire Department social media channels.

Drawings may be rescheduled when circumstances beyond our reasonable control require an adjustment, including emergency response obligations, technical issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will communicate any schedule changes through the website and/or our official social media channels as soon as reasonably possible.

Participants do not need to be present to win.

Winners & Prize Claims

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Damascus Fire Department may attempt to contact a winner by telephone, email, text message, certified mail, or other reasonable means using the information available to the Department.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate, current contact information and responding to winner notifications in a timely manner.

Damascus Fire Department will make reasonable attempts to contact and notify the winner for a period of thirty (30) days following the drawing. The winner must claim the prize and complete any required eligibility verification, identification, tax documentation, or other reasonably required paperwork within that 30-day period.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, fails to claim the prize, or fails to complete the required verification or documentation within thirty (30) days following the drawing, the prize will be considered unclaimed and will revert to Damascus Fire Department, subject to applicable law.

Damascus Fire Department may publicly announce the winner's name, winning ticket number, prize won, and drawing results in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Participants do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

Prize Pickup & Delivery

Merchandise prizes must be picked up by the winner unless alternate arrangements are made directly with Damascus Fire Department. Any pickup, delivery, shipping, or transfer arrangements are subject to approval by Damascus Fire Department.

Gift card prizes may be sent to the winner via certified mail using the address confirmed by the winner.

Any additional pickup, delivery, shipping, registration, transfer, or related costs not expressly stated as being paid by Damascus Fire Department are the responsibility of the winner.

Prize Information

We make every effort to ensure all prize descriptions, specifications, photographs, and values are accurate.

However:

• Images may be representative.
• Colors and finishes may vary.
• Accessories shown may not be included unless specifically listed.
• Manufacturers may make changes beyond our control.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make an advertised prize unavailable, Damascus Fire Department may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when permitted by applicable law and the terms of the applicable raffle.

Website Availability

We strive to keep DamascusFire.win available at all times.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Internet outages
• Security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or website downtime.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its servers.
• Interfere with website security or functionality.
• Use automated systems or bots to purchase tickets unless expressly authorized.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of your account, cancellation of entries, and, where appropriate, legal action.
