How the Ticket Pool Works

Each raffle has a predetermined number of tickets available for purchase. Every ticket sold receives a unique ticket number, which is entered into the raffle's official ticket pool.

Each raffle operates independently, meaning tickets purchased for one raffle are only eligible for that specific prize.

Once all available tickets have been sold—or the raffle reaches its scheduled closing date, as outlined in the Official Rules—the ticket pool is closed, and no additional entries will be accepted.

Ticket Numbers

Every ticket purchased is automatically assigned a unique ticket number.

Your ticket numbers are available through:

• Your account dashboard
• Ticket Search
• Your confirmation email (when applicable)

Ticket numbers are assigned automatically to ensure every participant has an equal opportunity to win.

Random Winner Selection

Once the ticket pool closes, one winning ticket is randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that raffle.

Every ticket has an equal chance of being selected.

Winning entries are chosen using a random drawing process conducted according to each raffle's Official Rules.

Live Drawings

To promote transparency and fairness, raffle drawings are conducted live whenever possible.

Live drawings may be streamed on:

• Damascus Fire Raffle website
• Facebook
• Other official Damascus Fire Department social media platforms

Participants are encouraged to watch, but you do not need to be present to win.

Drawing Schedule

The scheduled drawing date is displayed on each raffle page.

Please note:

• Drawings may occur earlier if all tickets sell out before the scheduled end date.
• If unforeseen circumstances require a schedule adjustment, updates will be posted on the raffle page and our official social media channels.

Winner Notification

Once a winner has been confirmed, Damascus Fire Department will contact the winner using the information provided during checkout.

Please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate when purchasing tickets.
